WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE HOLD?

We hold personal information about Caravan Club members who book or enquire about booking.
This consists of: name, address, phone number and/or e-mail address, and amount owed or paid.

WHY DO WE HOLD IT?
We hold this information for accounting and tax purposes and to allow us in an emergency to contact those who have booked

WHERE DO WE HOLD IT?
E-mails are kept on a PC
Booking and payment details are kept in the Caravan Club’s Certificated Locations All Year Booking Diaries

HOW DO WE SECURE IT?
The house is equipped with security locks and is kept locked in our absence. The PC has up-to-date security protection.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP IT?
E-mails are deleted at the end of each season
Records in the Caravan Club’s Certificated Locations All Year Booking Diaries are kept as long as the minimum requirement for tax records for tax verification purposes for seven years

Yes, you can contact us and come and view what we have at any time
